New York Cheesecake

This, to me, is the best cheesecake recipe I have ever made or tasted. It is absolutely perfect.

To really dress up this cake, I cook up a pot of berries with a little bit of sugar and a dash of lemon juice. When your cake is cut and ready to be served, drizzle the fruit syrup over the cake. Mmmmmm.
