Crayon Art

This art project was so much fun to do with my 5 year old. She loved watching the crayons melt down the canvas and mix with the other colours.

 

All you need is a framed canvas, crayons, a hot glue gun and a hair blow dryer.

With the glue gun, glue the crayons to the top of the canvas.



Turn on the blow dryer and aim it down towards the crayons. Wait for them to start to melt.



Watch as the crayons melt.



Let the crayons run as much or as little as you like.
