What you'll need:
3 tbsp beeswax
2 tbsp shea butter
2 tsp coconut oil
1 ½ tsp avocado oil
A few drops of orange, peppermint and lavender essential oils (The essential oils I used can be changed or adjusted to suit you).
Make it:
Place all ingredients in a glass measuring cup.
Fill the bottom of a sauce pan with water and put it on the stove over medium heat.
Once the water is heated, place the measuring cup in the pan.
Allow the ingredients to melt, stirring every once in a while.
Once all the ingredients are melted, pour the liquid in a clean jar with a tight fitting lid.
Let it sit for a few hours until cool and firm.
Use it:
After the liquid has cooled and hardened, scoop out small amounts and rub it into your hands, feet, arms or legs. This recipe goes a long way, so you don’t need to use much.
If you are not happy with the consistency of the cream or if you wish to add more essential oils, simply re-heat the mixture and add more ingredients to change the final project. Just remember to write down how you changed it so you can do it again next time.
